  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Mobile Payment (bKash/Nagad – if applicable)

Orders will be processed only after confirmation via phone or message.

4. Delivery Policy

We deliver all over Bangladesh through trusted courier services.

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130

Estimated delivery time:

  • Dhaka: 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Delivery time may vary due to location, weather, or courier issues.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Incorrect information is provided
  • Unable to reach the customer

Customers can cancel orders before shipment by contacting our support team.

6. Replacement & Warranty

We provide a replacement warranty for our leather products.

  • Customers must report any issue within 24–48 hours after receiving the product
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Replacement is applicable only for defective or damaged items

Customers are requested to check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting it (if courier policy allows).
